RESOURCES

Teaching the Next Shakespeare

Beginning Shakespeare Students from both the English Department and the Drama Department in the School of Arts and Humanities are training to become teachers and teaching artists, and if you are interested in having these students, led by Dr. Di Biase and Dr. Michael Boynton, come to your classroom, email shakespeareprojectal@gmail.com. These workshops bring the page to the stage and work students through the "actor's approach," while expanding their reading skills through various activities. First come first served: sign up early so that we can put you on our schedule. Please keep in mind, in January these college students have just begun their semester, so March or April are ideal. Let us know the work you are covering and where and when your class meets.
